The one gay bar in Playa del Carmen is called Playa 69. Located on 5th Avenue between 4th and 6th st on the west side. It's easy to miss as you have to go down an alley full of vendors next to the reggae bar.

The bar opens at 9PM but doesn't get started before midnight. It has a nice mix of foreigners and locals.
