The Elements Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date are entitled to a refund of all monies paid, minus a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. At the discretion of property management company, changes to reservation dates made (30) days or fewer prior to arrival could result in a rescheduling fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Early departures are not refunded. Neither the owner nor the management company is responsible for inclement weather, beach conditions, or other forces of nature. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be refunded except in the event of mandatory hurricane evacuation. For lodgings December 15 – January 5 all monies are non-refundable upon payment. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS QUOTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST AND IS RECOMMENDED for any US or Canadian Resident.
